  • 1:1 Counseling: Everyone's needs are different, so we need to approach each person uniquely. In our first session, we'll discuss your goals, life experiences, culture, current habits, needs, and times when your poor choices were first formed. Together, we'll figure out what's holding you back from achieving your goals and create a treatment process plan to keep you on track. Sessions are confidential and practiced in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Depending on your current knowledge and practice, hands-on experiences (listed below) are available to help you embrace nutritional guidance.
  • Grocery Shopping : Learn label reading, spot healthy options, and avoid marketing traps during a guided shopping trip.

  • Fridge & Pantry Audit: Let us analyze your food stock, suggesting healthier choices for your pantry and refrigerator.

  • Personalized Eating Guide: Get a custom healthy eating guide tailored to your schedule, preferences, and favorite meals.

  • Dining & Cooking Tips: Discover healthier choices when dining out and get cooking tips for nutritious meals at home.

"Live With Your Coach" is a one-of-a-kind health coaching service that offers a unique opportunity to spend a weekend with a compassionate and supportive health coach. Our goal is to help you establish a healthier routine, detox your body and mind, and learn new coping skills to prevent relapses.

During the stay, you'll receive personalized coaching and guidance to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. Our services include:
